MAZURSKIE beers are made exclusively from natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives. Their aromas come solely from malts, hops, yeast and natural fruits, vegetables and spices.
MAZURSKIE beers are infused with nitrogen, giving them a creamy texture and a smooth, fine-bubbled head. Nitrogen creates exceptional depth of flavour while reducing excess carbon dioxide.
MAZURSKIE beers are unfiltered, giving them their natural haze and sediment. These characteristics reflect their authenticity and high quality.
We use a traditional brewing process with clearly separated production stages. Fermentation takes place in dedicated fermenters, while maturation occurs in separate lagering tanks, allowing each beer to develop for exactly as long as it needs. This gives us complete control over every stage of maturation and enables us to shape the flavour profile with precision. It is a more demanding approach than using unitanks, but we believe patience pays off. The result is clean, balanced beer refined down to the smallest detail.
Mazurskie Kayak Lemon is a light, non-alcoholic beer with a fresh and crisp character. Its aroma features a subtle citrus note accompanied by a delicate herbal accent. The flavour is lightly grainy, dry and highly drinkable.
