Beer is one of the most popular beverages in the world. Known for hundreds of years and enjoyed by most people, it is also delicious and refreshing. Beer is highly appreciated in Poland as well, and its market is therefore very well developed. Hundreds of different beers are available for sale, including mass-produced varieties, premium products, and craft beers.
Every year, new regional breweries are established, producing beers with a wide range of characteristics. We are extremely proud to be part of this distinguished community, having brewed our own beer as Mazurski Browar for the past five years. Discover the products in our permanent range and our latest limited editions!
When we decided to open our own craft brewery, we were not only responding to current trends but also continuing the history of a region whose brewing traditions date back to the 19th century. As early as the interwar period, many nearby towns and villages were home to local craft breweries.
We openly admit that this rich history inspired us to establish our own brewery and begin production. Time has shown that it was the right decision, as our beer is becoming increasingly popular among local residents, tourists, and customers from other parts of Poland.
We believe this success results from our approach to brewing—one filled with passion, commitment, and respect for this exceptional golden beverage.
As we have already mentioned, craft beers have become extremely popular in recent years. Consumers appreciate their taste, aroma, variety, natural ingredients, quality, and beautiful colour. However, many people still ask what craft beer actually is and how it differs from other types of beer. Let us explain.
This type of beer, brewed by a craft brewery, is characterised by three key features:
The process of producing our beer is relatively simple. We use only natural ingredients, without any artificial chemicals. Whenever we add ingredients to achieve a particular flavour or colour, they are also entirely natural.
Beers from Mazurski Browar ferment for approximately two weeks and are then matured for another 20 days. This process allows us to create delicious craft beer brewed in accordance with tradition.
How are our beers best enjoyed? Well chilled, poured into a tall glass, served with tasty snacks, and shared with friends who also appreciate excellent beer.
We warmly invite you to explore our complete range. We are convinced that anyone who tries our craft beer will love it as much as we do.
Cheers!
Kayak Hoppy Wheat is a great non-alcoholic beer — distinct bitterness and citrus notes effectively mask the wort character. So good you could mistake it for a regular beer. It definitely matches the top non-alcoholic brands!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Porter is a phenomenal drink with perfectly balanced notes of chocolate, coffee and caramel. Despite 9.5% alcohol, it drinks surprisingly easily. For me it's a top-class Porter — Real Ale Craft Beer gave it 10/10, and I fully agree. I'm eager to try more beers from Mazurski!
Real Ale Craft Beer Watch video reviewThis is a really nice beer that, despite the addition of pine shoots, surprises with its freshness and resinous notes — without any cough-syrup associations. A bold move by Mazurski Browar that could have gone wrong, but turned out great!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Browar hit the mark with Ełcki Dark Lager — it's a light, refreshing beer despite its dark colour. Wonderfully balanced, with pleasant bitterness and notes of liquorice and dark fruit (plum, fig, raisins). Real Ale Craft Beer gave it a well-deserved 8/10.

Mazurski Browar Watch video reviewI think brewing four different interpretations of the Saison style is a bold and praiseworthy move by Mazurski Browar. All of them are turbo-dry, with distinct bitterness. Saison Autumn won gold at KPR 2024 and bronze at the Brussels Beer Challenge — a great result in the Belgian style!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Browar is impressive — great beers, numerous awards and a full range in the shop. Thanks to the hosts for brewing together and I recommend visiting this place — you'll feel right at home!
Browarnik Tomek Watch video reviewMazurski Porter is a very nice, smooth beer in which the 9.5% alcohol can't be felt at all. Despite unusual additions like oat flakes, coconut and cocoa, the whole thing is surprisingly coherent, with a distinct and pleasantly moreish bitterness on the finish.
