1. Who is the controller of your personal data?
The controller of your personal data, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”, is Mazurski Browar Sp. z o.o., ul. Okrężna 4A, 19-300 Ełk, Poland.
The Controller has introduced this Personal Data Security and Cookie Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”.
A “User” means any person visiting the website https://mazurskibrowar.pl/ and its subpages, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
Any personal data entered by the User into a form or provided when contacting the Controller shall be processed in accordance with the requirements laid down by applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”.
2. Why do we process your personal data?
When using the Website, the User may complete an appropriate form available on the Website in order to contact the Controller. The User is required to provide certain personal data in the form fields. Your personal data shall be processed to the extent and for the purpose resulting from the form that you have completed or intend to complete.
Where the User sends a message directly to the Controller’s email address or contacts the Controller by telephone, the data shall be processed to the extent and for the purpose connected with the User’s request, for example to answer a question or perform an action requested by the User.
The Controller processes Users’ personal data and uses it to the extent and for the purpose necessary to respond to the User’s message and resolve the matter presented during the User’s contact with the Controller.
3. Are we permitted to process your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The Controller’s legitimate interest consists in conducting marketing activities relating to the Controller and its services, as well as analysing whether the User accesses and uses the Website and which content available on the Website is of the greatest interest to the User.
Where the Controller responds to the User’s question or resolves a matter presented by the User, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, namely taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
On the basis of additional and optional consent granted by the User, the Controller is entitled to send marketing information to the email address provided by the User. The consent granted by the User may be withdrawn at any time. Where consent has been granted, the legal basis for the processing of personal data shall also include Article 10 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services and Article 172 of the Polish Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004.

Users’ data shall not be disclosed to other entities, except for entities authorised to receive such data.
The Controller informs Users that the recipients of personal data may include entities providing hosting and storage services for the Website’s personal data, entities responsible for administering the Website, providers of Website analytics tools and providers of newsletter distribution services.
Under a written agreement, the Controller may entrust another entity with the processing of your personal data to the extent and for the purpose necessary to provide the relevant service.

The User has the right to access and transfer their personal data, verify or correct the data, and request its erasure.
The User also has the right to restrict the processing of their personal data. Where personal data is processed in breach of applicable legal requirements, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The User also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data where the processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party, including the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
The User provides their personal data voluntarily. Where the User does not provide the required data, the Controller may be unable to answer the User’s question or perform the action requested by the User.
